Good Energy has a dedicated call centre, based here at our head office in Chippenham.  All our staff go on a six week training course to learn about the energy industry, renewable energy and climate change to support the needs of our customers. 

Good Energy has continually been recognised for consistently top customer service by both Which? and MoneySavingExpert users.

You can contact us by phone Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm (not including Bank Holidays) and Saturdays 8am – 1pm, and speak to one of our friendly customer care team, who will work to answer your query.

We also have a new online service for customers, and if you are signed up to you can view all your bills, meter readings and analyse your energy usage.

If you don’t want to sign up to the online service but you want to deal with us online, you can submit a meter reading, send us a query or even download our meter reading app.
